What is Mailex Email Hosting?
Mailex is an email-only hosting plan for businesses that want professional email on their own domain. Every plan includes unlimited mailboxes and domains, and you choose the amount of storage your team shares.
How many mailboxes can I create?
As many as you need. Mailboxes are not charged per user. The only limit is the storage of the plan you choose, which is shared across all mailboxes and domains on the account.
Does Mailex host my website?
No. Mailex is for email only. If you also need a website, pair it with our Express cPanel Web Hosting plan or let us build and host the site for you.
Can I send newsletters or marketing email from Mailex?
No. Mailex is for everyday business correspondence and transactional email. Marketing, bulk or unsolicited email is not permitted and can lead to suspension. If you run campaigns, we will recommend a dedicated email marketing service.
Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail and my phone?
Yes. Mailex works with any email app through IMAP, POP3 and SMTP, and calendars and contacts sync through CalDAV and CardDAV. Webmail is also included, branded with your own domain.
Can I upgrade to a bigger plan later?
Yes. You can move to a larger Mailex plan at any time as your team grows. The difference in price is charged for the remainder of your subscription.
Can you migrate my existing mailboxes?
Yes. We can migrate your existing email accounts and messages from your current provider as an optional service, so your team keeps its history.

- Mailex is an email-only service. Website hosting is not included.
- Marketing, bulk or unsolicited email is not permitted on Mailex plans and may result in suspension without refund. Use a dedicated email marketing service for campaigns.
